Data you provide to us
- Contact form: full name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Appointment requests (“Make appointment”): your contact details and any information about your site or safety challenges that you choose to share.
- Direct communication by email or phone, including any information you give us during consultations.
Data collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and time spent on the site.
- Cookie and similar technology data (see Section 7).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data. Please do not include them in your messages.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:
- Service providers that support our business, such as website hosting, email, IT support, analytics and accounting providers, who process data only on our instructions.
- Manufacturers and technology partners, only where needed to deliver a requested solution and with your knowledge.
- Public authorities, where required by law.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as an EU adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep your data
- Inquiries and correspondence: up to [24] months after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows.
- Contract and invoicing data: for the period required by accounting and tax law.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
